What happens, and when.
Create your account
Your work email, your organisation, your role. We confirm the email and organisation before enabling the relevant access.
E-sign the agreement
The standard partner agreement, signed online. Nothing bespoke to negotiate.
Add your sites
Building, address, and which spaces take part. Each site gets its own code.
Get your code and assets
A resident code per site, plus printed material for reception, lifts and communal areas.
Residents subscribe
They use your code to find the building. Residency and payment eligibility are checked before a subscription can contribute.
You get paid
25% of defined net proceeds from qualifying resident-paid subscriptions, subject to reconciliation and your agreement.

Before you start · device requirement
You need at least one iPhone in the organisation.
NOT YET is an iPhone app. Your team needs one iPhone on iOS 26 or newer to register NFC tags, scan a reward, and see what a resident actually experiences. If nobody in the organisation has an iPhone, we are not the right fit yet — and we would rather say so now than take your details.
Day-to-day is different. Reading out the code, checking your numbers and managing your team all happen in your browser, so the rest of your staff can be on anything — Android, an old tablet by the till, a desktop. Only the setup and the tag work need the iPhone.
Why the work email matters
Your account is tied to your corporate domain, so colleagues — residence managers, the wellbeing team, finance — can be added without coming through us. It is also the whole identity check. We do not ask for a lease, a rates bill or a procurement reference.

The one thing we check, later
Organisation and access checks apply during setup. Before a contribution is paid, we also verify residency and payment eligibility, reconcile settlement, and confirm your legal entity and business bank account. A generated statement is not payment approval.
Being honest about what is ready
Parts of the portal arrive in December.
Registration and core partner records are coming December. Contributions depend on verified eligibility and the partner agreement. Some reporting and self-serve controls follow on 1 December, and we would rather tell you that now than have you find a locked page.

Later portal features do not change the agreed eligibility rules. Launch and December dates are rollout targets. A statement records a calculation for review; it does not confirm settlement or authorise payment.
