Turn intention
into arrival.
Libraries, gyms and study spaces that reward showing up — without monitoring a single student.
Q1 2027 ·

Thirty-five per cent back into a named programme students can actually see.
What students get
A library worth walking to.
Students set the study space as their destination. Arriving opens their apps. Nothing about who arrived reaches you, ever.
Two routes
Student-paid or funded
Student-paid · 35%
Students subscribe with your code
The highest share we offer. Students buy the standard subscription; you earn 35% of net proceeds, reconciled quarterly.
University-funded
You buy seats for students
Sponsored access as part of a wellbeing offer. University-funded seats carry no revenue share — they are a cost you choose, not an earner.
A proposed joint PBSA-and-university campaign caps at 40% combined, subject to the split being approved.
The line we hold
WHAT IT IS
A consumer tool students choose, and a study space that becomes worth walking to.
WHAT IT IS NOT
Not attendance monitoring. Not engagement scoring. Not a wellbeing dashboard about identifiable students. No individual student behavioural reporting, at any price — that is a founder decision, not a ticket.
Run your numbers
What comes back to your students.
Students pay the standard price — there is no discount and nothing for you to fund. 35% of what actually reaches us comes back to a named fund you control, and unions typically spend it on the things there is never budget for: night buses, exam-week breakfasts, society start-up grants, a hardship pot.

TAKE-UP

ON THE ANNUAL PLAN
£79.99
Less VAT, less the store’s 30% — worst case
YOUR FUND, YEAR ONE
£19,600
Roughly £16.33 per annual subscriber
The arithmetic, shown
£79.99 less VAT is £66.66. Less the store’s 30% leaves £46.66. 35% of that is £16.33 per subscriber. This is an illustration using 30% store commission. Actual contributions depend on eligible paid accounts, the applicable commission and tax, refunds, settlement reconciliation and your agreement.
Paid quarterly, in arrears
Quarterly review includes refunds and chargebacks; a later reversal can still reduce an earlier contribution. Eligibility, attribution and payment follow your agreement. A code or verified status alone does not prove an eligible paid subscription.
You decide the spend
Events, a hardship fund, a charity your members voted for, society grants. We never direct it — we only ask you to record it, because publishing what the fund paid for is the single most effective thing for sign-ups.
These are illustrative figures, not a forecast. Take-up depends entirely on how hard you promote it, and 5% is what we would plan against rather than hope for. Change the numbers to your own membership and you will have something you can take to a budget meeting —
