Further enhancements
AI features, additional language choices, voice/intelligence improvements and the next product enhancements already planned in the build.
It learns when your attention falls apart.
Most people set a rule that suits the person they were at midnight, then fight it at 7am for a month. NOT YET Intelligence exists to stop that — it finds the hour you actually lose, the day you always fold, and the target you outgrew, then offers you a better rule.
It reads your rules, not your life. Completions, attempts, overrides, times of day, whether the alarm worked. Never what you were looking at, never your messages, never a guess about your mental health.
It watches nothing but your own rules: when you finish, when you fold, which mornings you never even try. No recommendations yet — a tool that advises you on a week of data is guessing.
"Your hardest hour is 14:30 to 16:00." "Sunday keeps beating your weekday rule." "Your first scroll has moved from 07:42 to 09:31." Observations, in your own numbers.
"You have hit 1,000 steps early on 13 of your last 14 mornings — try 1,250?" "You override Focus Lock most often mid-afternoon. Protect that window instead?" It suggests. You decide. Nothing ever changes itself.
"Block Instagram and TikTok every weekday until I have walked 1,500 steps, but open everything by 10." NOT YET reads it, builds the rule, and shows it to you. Nothing activates until you say yes.
Some things land better out loud.
At 6:52am nobody is reading. A line you hear while your eyes are still shut does the job that a notification cannot — so the tone becomes a voice, in your own regional English, and it is entirely optional.
Text only. The default, and a perfectly good setting.
The numbers, spoken. "Three hundred and eighteen to go." Nothing else.
The full tone, out loud — including brutal, if that is what you asked for.
Written tone and spoken tone are separate settings — brutal on the screen, silent in the room, if that is what you want. Voice is never required to finish a challenge, never reads anything private aloud, and stands aside for VoiceOver.
One number, and it is yours first.
A NOT YET Score from 0 to 1,000, built from things that actually happened: mornings kept, focus completed, improvement against your own baseline, consistency. Not a badge for opening the app.
Then, if you want it, competition — a private group of friends, a household, a building, a campus, a city. Every public board is opt-in, children's are never public, and no school, landlord or employer can use one to rank an individual. The formula is published and auditable, because a score nobody can check is just a mood ring.
The whole list.
NOT YET launched in October 2026. These are development targets, not readiness claims. When one moves, this page moves with it.
Your apps, your rule, every morning. Seven challenge types work anywhere from day one: Steps, Touch Grass, Push, Tap, Go, One Thing, Time.
Scheduled daytime windows, earned access lasting 5, 15 or 30 minutes (15 by default), automatic relock, and a Rescue Button that needs a deliberate hold.
A Focus Lock that starts right now, for 5, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Start it from the app, the Home Screen widget or Siri.
An alarm for any hour that wants proof you got up — steps after it rings, a tap on a registered tag, or push-ups or squats counted by the camera. Progress counts toward your morning rule.
On-device pose counting for push-ups and squats, for a Morning Rule or the Wake Alarm. Nothing is recorded. Manual confirmation, on your honour, is there if you would rather count yourself.
Touch Grass and 1,000 steps and the bathroom tag. All of it, not any of it.
Always available, always logged privately, never shaming. Calls, Messages, Maps and Find My are never restricted.
What you got back rather than what you gave up — labelled as an estimate where it is one.
Eligible friends get 14 days free. Once their first qualifying payment clears, subscription referrers earn a free month and Lifetime referrers earn £4.99 Tag credit.
The physical version — a circular NFC tag for the kitchen, the bathroom mirror, the front door. Tap is a NOT YET Tag feature.
The eighth challenge: apps open when you physically arrive at a participating venue. Needs venues, so it ships when they do.
Self-serve sign-up for student housing and build to rent is planned for December. Statements support review; payments require verified eligibility, settlement reconciliation and approval under the partner agreement.
Parent controls, linked child devices, rules per child, and social behind the school day.
Learns your patterns, then suggests better rules. Learning first, recommendations second.
Off, minimal or coach. Separate from written tone, never required.
Detailed reports an organisation can order — how much time a cohort reclaimed, how many completed a rule, how it moved quarter on quarter, and how it compares to the city and national picture. The backend is being built now; the orderable reports follow in the new year. Every figure traces to named events, every self-reported number carries its response rate, and nothing below a minimum group size is ever released. Counts and comparisons only — never an individual, and never a claim about health or attainment.
Once there is a full year of data, an annual set of awards for the buildings, venues, campuses and employers who actually moved the numbers — not the biggest, the ones whose people reclaimed the most time. Organisations and cities only. No child is ever publicly ranked or recognised, no individual award reveals that someone was struggling, and every category has a minimum participation threshold so nothing is won by a population of three.
Link up with people you actually know and see each other’s mornings. Deliberately later than everything else: linking is the first feature that connects two people, so it needs blocking, reporting and mutual consent designed properly rather than bolted on. Friends and family are kept structurally separate — a child is never reachable from a friend invite, and a friend never sees your overrides or the mornings you missed.
A 0–1,000 score, then opt-in competition from friends up to city level. Aggregate only for any institution.
Describe the rule in a sentence; approve what it builds.
Translation, regional voice and territory legal review — three separate jobs, done properly one language at a time.
The lock depends on Apple Screen Time. Android is a different build, not a port. Planned, undated.
Start with the
part that works.
The morning lock is finished and it is the whole point. Everything above is what it becomes.
