Your building,
their mornings.
Qualifying resident subscriptions can support your building’s fund once residency and payment eligibility are verified. Coming December, subject to the release checks.

Start online. Organisation, signatory and site checks come before account access.
The standard partner agreement, signed online, evidence retained.
Building, address, and the spaces taking part — gym, study room, garden, reception.
A partner code, a starter tag order, and promotional material for reception, lifts and communal areas.
They use your code. The subscription is attributed to you.
Every quarter, in arrears, to a verified business account. Plus VAT if you are registered.
We never dictate what the fund pays for, and we never ask for approval over it. Operators have put it toward resident events, gym equipment, a coffee machine, study-room furniture, or simply straight into the amenity budget.
What we do ask: tell residents the fund exists and what it went on. Not because we require it, but because a resident who can see where it went signs up, and one who cannot assumes there is a catch.

One multi-tenant platform serves all of these — never a separate system per sector. Student housing and build-to-rent go first because their model is the fastest to build and the fastest to earn.
Resident-paid, 25% of net. A code, a portal and a quarterly statement.
Same model as PBSA: resident-paid, 25% of net, self-serve setup.
35% on student-paid subscriptions. Funded seats carry no revenue share.
Funded licences or optional employee-paid promotion, per contract. Never individual reporting.
Signposting costs nothing. Sponsored staff access agreed per contract.
UK company, procurement-ready privacy position, tender packs on request.
Distribution partnerships and funded seats, agreed per contract.
50% of net attributable Family proceeds. Schools never enrol, restrict or monitor.
Free to join — a free venue code or tags you buy. Optional venue-funded offers, no revenue share.
What it could be worth.
Try an audience size and an assumed take-up rate. The result models annual subscriptions using the displayed tax and commission assumptions; it is not a forecast or an amount due.
96 assumed qualifying subscriptions model about £1,120 a year for you. This is an illustration, not an approved payment.
A code alone does not qualify a payment. Residency or other sector eligibility, paid status and net settlement must be verified. Funded seats, Tags and shipping earn no share. Later refunds can reverse contributions.
What you will never see
Aggregate counts for your own sites, above a minimum cohort size. Never an identity, an app list, a personal routine, an individual arrival or a location. Small buildings are suppressed harder, because that is where re-identification actually becomes possible.
We will not provide individual resident, employee or student behavioural reporting. Not at any price, not on request. That is a founder decision, not a feature gap.
Two weeks, not two quarters
The resident-paid route is coming December, subject to organisation and residency checks, verified eligible payments, reconciliation and authorised portal access.
