For as many people as possible.
The friction is meant for your scroll habit, not for you.
We aim to make NOT YET usable by as many people as possible. This page describes what we do today and how to reach us when we fall short. We have not yet completed a formal WCAG audit, so we don't claim formal conformance — we state intent and fix reports quickly. An independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit is commissioned for January 2027, covering the app, this website, the partner portals and our reports. We will publish the findings and a remediation plan, including anything we have not fixed yet.
Text scaling
The app is built to respect iOS Dynamic Type; the website uses fluid, zoomable text with no maximum-scale lock.
Contrast
The brand palette (ink on paper, ink on acid green) is chosen for high contrast. Body text targets at least 4.5:1 against its background.
Reduced motion
Where iOS Reduce Motion or the browser's prefers-reduced-motion is on, animation (step counters, carousels, lock transitions) is disabled or reduced.
VoiceOver
App screens and controls are intended to carry meaningful VoiceOver labels — including the lock state, challenge progress and the emergency override, which must never be reachable only by gesture. Website images carry descriptive alt text.
Touch targets
Interactive elements target a minimum 44×44pt hit area in the app and on the mobile website.
Forms and support
Any support forms we add use visible labels and error text, not colour alone.
